Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how PivotMB ("PivotMB", "we", "us", or "our") accesses, uses, stores, and deletes data in connection with the PivotMB media-buying platform available at pivotmb.com (the "Service").
PivotMB is an internal advertising-management tool used by its operator to manage advertising accounts that the operator owns or is authorized to administer. It is not a public, multi-tenant consumer product, and it does not collect personal information from the general public.
1. Who We Are
PivotMB is operated by TryTallow LLC, 26 Shoshone Street, Old Bridge, NJ 08857. If you have any questions about this policy or about data handled by the Service, contact us at privacy@pivotmb.com.
2. Information We Access and Process
To provide its functionality, PivotMB connects to third-party advertising and commerce platforms — including Meta (Facebook) Marketing API, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Shopify — using credentials that the operator explicitly authorizes. Through these connections, PivotMB may access and process:
- Advertising account data — campaigns, ad sets, ads, creatives, budgets, and configuration belonging to the operator's own advertising accounts.
- Performance and insights data — impressions, clicks, spend, conversions, and other aggregated reporting metrics returned by each platform's API.
- Authentication credentials — access tokens (including Meta System User tokens) and connection identifiers required to call each platform's API on the operator's behalf.
PivotMB does not request, collect, or store the personal profile information, friend lists, messages, or contact details of end users of the connected platforms. It works only with advertising and reporting objects associated with the operator's own accounts.
3. How We Use This Data
Data accessed through connected platforms is used solely to operate features the operator has requested, namely to:
- Display advertising accounts, campaigns, ad sets, ads, and creatives within the PivotMB dashboard.
- Show performance reporting, analytics, and trends for those campaigns.
- Create, edit, and — only upon a deliberate, human-initiated action — publish or update advertising campaigns on the operator's own ad accounts.
PivotMB never publishes or modifies campaigns automatically. Every change that writes to an advertising platform requires an explicit, manual confirmation by an authorized operator.
4. How We Store and Protect Data
- Tokens are server-side only. Access tokens and API credentials are stored and used exclusively on PivotMB's server. They are never exposed to, transmitted to, or stored in the browser or any client-side code.
- Encryption in transit. All communication between the browser, the PivotMB server, and third-party APIs occurs over HTTPS/TLS.
- Least-privilege access. PivotMB requests only the platform permissions required for the features in use (for example, read access before any management access).
5. How We Share Data
We do not sell, rent, or trade any data accessed through connected platforms. We do not use it for advertising targeting outside the operator's own accounts, and we do not use it to train machine-learning or AI models. Platform data is shared only with the third-party APIs from which it originates (for the purpose of carrying out the operator's requested actions) and with infrastructure providers strictly necessary to run the Service (for example, our hosting provider).
6. Compliance with Platform Terms
PivotMB's use of data obtained through the Meta Marketing API is subject to, and complies with, the Meta Platform Terms and Meta Developer Policies. Use of other connected platforms is likewise subject to their respective developer terms.
7. Data Retention
PivotMB retains advertising and reporting data only as long as necessary to provide the Service. Cached reporting data is refreshed from the source platforms and may be purged at any time. Authentication tokens are retained until the corresponding platform connection is removed or the token is revoked.
8. Data Deletion
You may request deletion of any data PivotMB holds, and revocation of any platform connection, at any time:
- By email: send a request to privacy@pivotmb.com and we will delete the associated stored data and tokens.
- By revoking access at the source: you can remove PivotMB's access directly from your Meta Business settings (Business Settings → Integrations / Business Integrations), or the equivalent settings page on any other connected platform. Revoking access there immediately invalidates the token PivotMB holds.
Upon receiving a deletion request, we remove the relevant stored tokens and cached platform data from our systems.
9. Children's Privacy
The Service is a business tool not directed to children and is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
